I’ve been to 2 locations in Edmonton within the past month. Both times customer service staff were pleasant , helpful and not pushy. I purchased several pieces of furniture both times, and appreciated the delivery and set up. I’ll be back!
Buyer Beware!!
Purchased a 3-piece sectional, white glove delivery service and additional warranty from Ashley Furniture on June 27, 2021. I was quoted a delivery date of Friday July 2, 2021 (stated right on invoice) along with removal of my old couch (included in white glove delivery service). I received a phone call on Wednesday June 30, 2021 informing me that due to the July 1 holiday, delivery of my sectional would not be happening and that it was going to be rescheduled to the following F
My last experience with Ashley was not good- long wait time for order and 10% charge for order cancelation- so I was reluctant to make another purchase. Willing to give them another chance, if reordered an item and am hoping this experience will be better. Last chance, Ashley, to earn my future buying power!!
