Worst furniture place I have ever been to. Sale people stright up lie to you. They say it's made in USA but when you get it it says made it Vietnam right on the product. Was 2 months late on delivery but when you go to cancel your order they tell you there's a 25 percent restocking charge. They tried to give me a in store credit. I wouldn't even buy something there even with there money. Never buy anything here ever.
this review is for ashley furniture at 18715 stoney plain-west end store...worst ever experience buying furniture to this store!!! as a customer we should be protected to this kind of people who are so called in business service that all along is that they just want our money. i will never ever shop to this store anymore. as for you who are still considering buying to ashley furniture especially at the west end at stoney plain make sure that if something happens you know what to do...contact bbb immediately!!! you've been warned!!! if similar things like this happens to you my advise is to contact better business bureau immediately!!! they wont hesitate to return your money back!!! you've been advised!!!if similar things happens to you contact bbb (better business bureau) immediately..they will refund you that 25% re stocking fee..you've been advised!!!the manager and the sales rep are just sweet talking liars!!!
They said they would deliver in 3 weeks, we ended up waiting 2 months. Asked for a refund as they couldn't give us a delivery date, they advised we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee, so decided to wait for delivery. The Delivery guy flipped out on me, stormed out and damaged my door. awful experience!!
Summary:
PROS: the couch does seem ok for the price we paid, hopefully it lasts a few years.
CONS: Terrible customer service, Sales People flat out lie to you, Deliver staff will belittle you and damage your home, and if you decide to cancel because they wont deliver YOU PAY THEM
10 days late and they gave us a recliner that doesn't recline. Customer service was terrible, they made us pay to have the defective piece returned for a working model. The whole process is designed so that you will sit through your buyers remorse and wait too long to do a chargeback on your credit card. Don't shop with them, you'll regret it. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give 0.
