I Went to Tandoori Flame for MY BIRTHDAY dinner and was treated very rudely! The manager was VERY rude to me and my guests! The service was really slow and our drinks took forever to get and half the time they forgot we even ordered! We were given a room that was for 45 people and since we had like 3 people missing from the original reservation they made us vacate one table in the middle of eating! It was super rude especially because they didn't even end up using the table!!! And they literally kicked us out and gave us no extra time or discounts for the time they took from us moving and the trouble they put us through! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
Blown away by the selection this place offers. First time this week, and for sure it meets the hype !! Recommended for sure. Must open another in East End.
I have been travelling around the world and Tandoori Flame may be the best Indian restaurant abroad that I've ever eaten at. The ambiance was vibrant. The food is unusually tasty, fresh and original and the buffet spread goes beyond that of other Indian restaurants with interesting dishes. Service is solicitous with personal attention to the guests from owners themselves. The bar with a great name "Thekka" has great cocktails, and the decor is upscale. I would highly recommend this to anybody and everybody. And, of course, don't miss their Gol' Gappe'!!!
I visit Tadoori Flame often, because I know what to expect. It's a buffet - they aim for quantity and not quality. What you do get is a variety of indian dishes (veg and non veg) and that's what I'm looking for. The service could/should be improved. I waited half hour for a table, and when I asked the hostess a second time for a table, my group was seated immediately. As long as you visit during the busy hours (e.g. Saturday night dinner), you will get fresh food. The servers are overwhelmed or just don't care, so you're basically on your own once you sit down. It's a good idea for thing to bring a pitcher of water straight to your table so you're not constantly asking for refills.
Wasn`t expecting great things because of my previous experience with Indian buffets but I decided to try it out nonetheless. I went with a few of my friends and we were seated pretty quickly. Despite the amount of customers the staff was very friendly and service was great. The variety at this place is exceptional. Never have I seen a buffet with so many choices. I will definitely be going again with more people.
