I wouldnt even give this florist one star for a review but had to click one star to be able to post. Had a funeral visitation on Sunday and ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from Carisma online and the flowers never showed up. Another family member had her flowers show up late. I emailed them asking what happened and all they replied with was our apologies for your order not being delivered our systems were down.
Would never recommend to anyone ever again. Would write more but limited.
Would NOT use them again. Flowers looked nothing like the pictures and big expensive funeral arrangement was scrawny for the price. Names wrong on the cards!! Disappointed.
Terrible Experience!
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend who was having a really rough morning/day so I decided to try and make her feel better by sending a little thought. I placed the order at 9:15AM and it was going no more than a 15 min drive away. Keep in mind I ordered on a Thursday of a random not busy week... I called 3 times to follow up to see if they were delivered, with the last call being 3:00pm and she said it would take another 20 minutes until delivery. There goes brightening m
Do not order flowers from here!!! Said it was going to be delivered at 10 am for a funeral viewing but, didn't get there till 2:45. Called to get an explanation and they hung up on me 5 times. Never had such an awful experience ever!!!! Awful service- I would never recommend them.
