Terrible customer service and experience! I ordered a bouquet and was upsold ballons and found out from the receiver they did not receive their ballons, and when I called them back they took no accountability, and refused to say sorry or handle their mistake in an adult fashion - bad business practices combined with attitude - our family has supported this business for years and will be sure to share with everyone about this terrible service and experience.
Needed flower arrangements for wedding, and I must say WOW, everyone was complementing them, they were absolutely beautiful. The staff at Carisma is amazing, I would highly recommend them!
